We provide a television with HDMI connection; and desktop speakers with a standard 1/8" jack.

Purpose & Guidelines: Brooklyn Community Foundation allows the use of its Community Room by community and non-profit groups and organizations for meetings that are educational, cultural, or civic in nature. Use is granted on equal terms to all groups provided that the group complies with the policy guidelines as stated. We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations.
Facilities: The Community Room seats 22 persons. Attendance may not exceed the capacity of 25 persons. Meetings with minors must be supervised at all times by the adult responsible for the room reservation. Food and beverage are allowed on site, however alcohol is prohibited. Burning of candles, incense, or any other material is also prohibited.
Cleanliness: Groups are responsible for rearranging all tables and chairs moved from their original positions during their reservations. Groups are responsible for properly disposing of all trash and recycling generated into our bins, and for placing all utensils, glasses, etc. in the dishwasher.
BCF is not responsible for damage or loss of property of meeting organizers or attendees. If there is any damage to BCF facilities or equipment that necessitates professional cleaning, repairs, or replacement the applicant will be held responsible for all associated costs.
Advertising: Use of our Community Room does not reflect endorsement by BCF of any particular program, position, or purpose of any person or organization. Groups using the Community Room can make no implications through written material or media that BCF is sponsoring the event. No group or organization may use the Brooklyn Community Foundation’s logo or images in promoting or advertising their meeting without the BCF’s permission.No group or organization may list the address of BCF as its mailing address.
