Meet Tynesha McHarris, Director of Community Leadership
Help us welcome Tynesha McHarris to the Foundation! Tynesha has spent the past six months working with us on Brooklyn Insights. A Bronx native and Bed-Stuy resident, Tynesha is a passionate education, community, and youth development leader. Her work in Newark, NJ for the Newark Education Trust, Children's Defense Fund, and Sadie Nash Leadership Project has garnered national praise, and she is currently a subject of the HBO documentary, Another Night in the Free World, featuring young women activists.
