Brooklyn Insights Update: 16 Roundtables & Counting!

As we enter the third month of Brooklyn Insights, we’re thrilled to share that over 400 Brooklynites have participated in our Boroughwide community engagement project so far!

 Wall Street Journal on Foundation's Growth

In two separate stories earlier this month, the Wall Street Journal reported on the foundation’s growth under President & CEO Cecilia Clarke and a generous new $1 million pledge by our Board Chair Alan Fishman. As a results of his gift, an additional $300,000 has come in to support effective Brooklyn nonprofits through the community foundation. Read the stories here.
