Foundation Assistant (She/Her/Hers)
Osasu joined the Foundation in October 2021. Born and raised in Bedford-Stuyvesant, she has a strong passion for helping the people in her neighborhood and borough. She attended the University at Albany (SUNY) where she received her Bachelor of arts in Sociology and Criminal justice, and was a part of many different volunteer and community service efforts to serve the overlooked and underserved parts of the city of Albany. Osasu is currently attending John Jay College where she is pursuing a Master’s degree in Public Administration with a focus in Human Resource and Operations Management. She comes from a corporate/legal background, and made the switch to nonprofit work in order to be able to serve the communities and people that need it the most. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, spending time with her friends and family, and going out to try new foods.
